Copy of Enjoying God Banner

I’ve been asked several times recently: “What’s after John?”

The goal is to complete our sermon series in John on May 19. We have been studying John for about a year and a half and we have seen so much glory, it is hard to think about moving on.

However, there is so much more glory to see. So, like a mountain climber who presses upward, we gotta keep moving.

Throughout the summer, we are planning to focus on the attributes of God. AW Tozer once said, “What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us.”

Our goal is not to say everything there is to say about God. That is foolish to attempt. The goal is to find ourselves enjoying God more. We want to know Him as He is. We want to delight in His character.

So, while this summer will be a break from our normal practice of working passage by passage through a book of the Bible, we will not stop declaring the truth of Scripture about the glory of our God.

So, pack your backpack and let’s keep climbing. There is life-changing glory to be seen if we have eyes to see.

Love,
Pastor Justin
